Of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional written home inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process a little easier and less stressful. At Tri-State Home Inspections, customer service is our highest priority.

Selling a home can be just as stressful as buying one. The difference is making the profit that you want, and getting to and through the closing date without any problems. At Tri-State Home Inspections, we highly recommend a Pre-Listing Inspection. With a Pre-Listing Inspection, you receive the following benefits:

• the opportunity of correcting any problems found, on your time schedule, prior to listing
  
• the ability to set a higher listing price at the beginning
• the confidence that there are no potential problems
• and the luxury of a larger profit at closing.

You will receive a comprehensive written report that is easy to understand. Our reports are normally completed within 48 hours of the inspection and electronically emailed (if requested) to our clients for their convenience.

In addition to the report, every client will receive a Home Owners Binder, describing how most major components operate and a routine home maintenance plan. This binder is essential to every homeowner.  A CDROM with titled digital pictures & recommendations is available for $25.
