The Commercial Building Inspection is a visual inspection of the commercial building's infrastructure, components and systems. The inspection report complies with the rigorous guidelines of the InterNational Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties set forth by InterNACHI. In many cases, these standards exceed the nationally recognized standards ASTM E2018.01 for Commercial Property Condition Assessment Reports.
