At Tri-State Home Inspections, we highly recommend a Pre-Listing Inspection. With a Pre-Listing Inspection, you receive the following benefits:

You will receive a comprehensive written report that is easy to understand; complete with photographs illustrating those areas outlined in the report. Our reports are normally completed within 24 hours of the inspection and electronically emailed (if requested) to our clients for their convenience.

In addition to the report, every client will receive a Home Owners Binder, describing how most major components operate and a routine home maintenance plan. This binder is essential to every homeowner.
